Privacy policy
Last updated 16 October 2026.
This page explains what information Campus Sim keeps about you and why. We keep as little as we can.
What we keep
- Your account: your username, whether you play as male or female, and your password (stored only in a scrambled form we cannot read). We do not ask for your real name, email address or phone number.
- Your game: your progress (money, house, clothes, car, grades and so on) is saved to your account so you can carry on from any device.
- What you share in the game: chat messages, posts on the campus feed, friend requests and reports you send.
- When you were last online and roughly where you are in the game, so your friends can see if you are around.
- A visit count: each time the game is opened, a counter goes up by one. It does not record who you are.
Voice chat
Voice chat goes directly between players' phones, or through a relay server when a direct connection is not possible. It is never recorded or stored.
On your device
The game stores a few settings in your browser (for example, that you have seen the keyboard shortcuts, and that you are signed in).
Services that run the game
Campus Sim uses Cloudflare to host the website, Supabase to store accounts and saved games, and a relay service for voice chat. They process data only to run these services.
Safety
Players can report and block others. Admins can read reports, remove posts and suspend accounts that break the rules.
Deleting your data
You can start a new game from Settings in the game. To have your account deleted completely, contact the Campus Sim team through our social media pages.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
